✨ Have jars and lids hot✨
20 jalapeños; sliced with no stems
2 cloves garlic; smashed and peeled
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup water
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
Dissolve above ingredients
Add peppers
Cook until peppers turn dull color
Put jalapeños in hot jars and cover; let cool
